Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
• Items such as customized vessels or made-to-order appliances are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Exchanges

• We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with your order details and a photo of the product.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.
